Gartner’s Contact Centre Infrastructure, Worldwide 2016 Magic Quadrant Report honors C-Zentrix with a commendable mention in the report.

The report features contact centre infrastructure (CCI) vendors with multi-channel capabilities to develop omnichannel solutions, integrating them also via cloud delivery model.
