Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL) has opened bookings for phase III in its project in Ahmedabad, Godrej Garden City.

Phase III of Godrej Garden City will offer contemporary 2 and 3 BHK apartments in sizes ranging from 1100 sqft to 1350 sqft.

Godrej Garden City, spread over 250 acres, is located within the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation limits, and will house over 13,000 apartments and villas, 40 acres of scenic landscaping and open areas, and significant commercial spaces. Godrej Properties plans to create facilities for education, health-care, recreation, hospitality, retail and banking within the development. There will also be civic facilities and public utilities. The master plan has been created by world-renowned architects Skidmore, Owings and Merrill (SOM) and the project's construction will be carried out by L&T. Godrej Garden City will be sustainably developed and has been selected as one of sixteen projects from around the world to partner the Clinton Climate Initiative in the goal of creating a Climate Positive development.

Godrej Properties' is developing this project under a joint venture development model. Godrej Properties' joint venture partner for this project is M/s. Shree Siddhi Group.
