New Delhi - GIIP is delighted to announce the Certificate Course On Mechanics Of Patent Claims Drafting from 4th to 22nd October 2010 in Delhi and Bangalore Centers. The objective is to train the participants in the art and skill of patent claim drafting.

The 'Gems of Wisdom' and 'Absolute Rules' in claim drafting are often required by the amateurs as well as professionals will be shared and practiced as part of the 'hands-on' training and practical sessions.

The training will be interactive sessions with Trainers (IP Attorneys, Experts and Practitioners) including group discussions, self learning exercises, simulations, case studies, scenario exercises. The objective is to promote a collaborative learning environment with constant inputs and feedback from the learners. Where ever possible, the focus will be on 'real world' problems and probable solution strategies. The focus will be to deliver content that can help conceptual understanding and practical application of critical content in a relatively short period of time.

Graduates, Post Graduates with Science, Engineering or technology degrees are eligible for the course. Participants should possess good communication and writing skills, should be capable of understanding the technical concepts and processes. At the same time, should have basic understanding of the patent laws and procedures.
