This is consequent to comprehensive health check-up carried out for all employees by a reputed industrial doctor from Mumbai.

A health check-up was also organized for all contractors and a team of government certified doctors conducted the tests.

The medical reports certify that all employees at LANXESS India Private Limited, Nagda site are fit and none of them suffers from any occupational related illnesses.

Additionally, the company has covered its permanent employees and their families by a Mediclaim policy.
