Mindlance honored by Govt. of Karnataka at Bangalore IT.biz 2010

Mumbai: Mindlance, an IT infrastructure service provider, with its India Headquarters at Bangalore, has announced that it was honored by the Government of Karnataka at the recently concluded Bangalore IT.biz 2010. Mindlance has received the award for "Leading Performer (High Growth SMBs Category)" in the Karnataka STPI IT Export Awards event for its excellent financial performance in the financial year 2009-10.

The award, which was presented by Mr. S V Ranganath, Chief Secretary, Government of Karnataka, was received by Mr. Kamal Sharma, CIO, Mindlance, who spearheaded the Company's India growth.

Receiving the award, Mr. Kamal Sharma, CIO, Mindlance said, "We are extremely happy to be recognized for our massive growth in India and given this prestigious award. We have plans to grow our business by four folds, for which the ground work has been already done. We have major customers in the areas like BFSI and Healthcare based out in US, UK and India. Our services being aligned to Industry Best Practices and fast changing technologies, has always grabbed attention of our target market".

In India, Mindlance is present for over a decade, initially managing delivery for its global customers and then later expanding its operations to offer its services to the Indian market primarily in the areas of Managed Services, IT Security and Consulting.

Mindlance has also tied up with various OEMs like Microsoft, EMC2, Mitel, Sofos etc to meet their solution requirements as a part of their growth strategy.
