Faridabad - Manav Rachna International University organized a two day International conference and exhibition on nanotechnology. The conference was inaugurated on 16th April by Hon'ble Shri Deepender Singh Hooda, Member of Parliament; Shri Satnam Singh, CMD Power Finance Corporation at the MRIU Campus.

Keeping in mind the significance of research and innovation, Manav Rachna International University displayed their leading edge in R & D to an audience of corporate developers, investors and research leaders. Mumbai - Indore based Ruchi Soya Industries Limited (RSIL) and oil major Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) today signed a Limited Liability Partnership Agreement to form 'Indian Oil Ruchi Biofuels LLP'. The total Project cost is Rs 436.63 crores, part of which will be funded by the UP Govt. under the National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (NREGS) scheme.

Bangalore - IFC, a member of the World Bank Group, will provide a $10 million equity investment to an independent solar power company, Azure Power Private Ltd, to help implement new megawatt scale grid-connected solar plants to bolster clean energy output. This is the first solar project under IFC's new clean technology investment program.
