Chennai School Admissions

The admissions for academic year in Chennai usually begins during the month of November & December every year. The schools usually issue application forms during November & December and finalize the admissions during January of the next year.

Most of the schools issue application forms for a nominal fee. Some schools issue the applications free of cost. The application forms are given only for few days and the number of application forms are also less.

Parents have to consider in which Board of Education they are planning to put their children. The different Board of Education available in Chennai Schools are CBSE, ICSE, State Board, Matriculation and Anglo-Indian. There are few International schools also in and around Chennai.
